Do I need to read "after you" before I read "still me"? Based on the reviews of "after you" I sort of want to avoid it at all costs.

Lou's in NYC in the new book, and the only real direct connection to AFTER YOU is her boyfriend "Ambulance Sam", which is readily understood that they're in a long distance relationship.
