Anyway, if you still are curious, you have to use the page that has the 26 cards on one side and the alphabet on the other. Each card stands for a letter. That part is pretty obvious. Just go onto each chapter (including the greeting in the beginning) and you will find five cards in the title. Translate and put them in the order of the blanks.
Doubt this will help but that is how I got the answer.(less)
