What state would you say Alyssa lives, outside of Wonderland, of course. I know this will sound silly, but I keep a log of all the books I read by the state they were set in. :)

Not silly at all! :) Alyssa lives in Pleasance, Texas (stated on page 5 in the Splintered hardback).
Fun fact: Alyssa's town isn't a real place in TX. I made it up as a tribute to the real Alice's full name: "Alice Pleasance Liddell".

On characterization, how do you do yours? I'm curious on how you crafted Alyssa, Morpheus and Jeb. They're tridimensional and sometimes, very accurate to what one really is. I'd like to know how you do your average characterization and what was your inspiration to create those three. :)
