Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Grea Warner The COUNTRY ROADS series was because I am a huge country music fan. I originally had the first book end and be a stand alone. But, I changed it, having a tragedy occur which spun everything in a new direction for the rest of the series,
The book that I just submitted to my publisher happened because some friends and I were talking about having a girls getaway. We wanted to go somewhere tropic and see a concert. We didn't end up going, but my main character did. I named her Maya because we were going to go to the Riviera Maya. And, when I looked up the name Maya -- it has to do with fertility...which spun my story in a whole other direction.
