Meighan
Meighan asked Lois Lowry:

Three of my favorite books when I was a kid were Anastasia's Chosen Career, Taking Care of Terrific, and A Summer to Die. (I say when I was growing up but they're all still on my bookshelves.) I didn't realize until later that they were all written by the same person, because they seemed different. I guess I wonder how you manage to switch from serious to more day-to-day topics but still have the novels seem genuine.

Paul
Paul asked Lois Lowry:

Hello, I am currently reading "The Giver Quartet" and I'm loving it. At first I was a bit reticent, because often your book are defined as children's books. What is your perspective on this matter: do you define your books as children's books?

Gina
Gina asked Lois Lowry:

The giver is one of the most classic dystopian novels out there, and I absolutely love it! My question is, how do you feel about more recent dystopian novels that have come out more recently? Can you name any of your favorites?
