Goodreads asked Gail Carson Levine:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Gail Carson Levine Depends on what I'm writing. Right now, it's imagining scenes from my main character's perspective.

More Answered Questions

Lindsey Rick
Lindsey Rick asked Gail Carson Levine:

We do a fairy tales unit in 4th grade at my school. I'm so looking forward to sharing your take on fairy tales with my kiddos! Do you have a particular favorite out of the ones you've written so far? Ella will always be my #1. :)

Susannah
Susannah asked Gail Carson Levine:

Are you going to make another book like Ella Enchanted? That is my fave! ♥

Stephanie
Stephanie asked Gail Carson Levine:

I'm reading Ella Enchanted again for what I think might be the 10,000,000,000,000 time and I had a question! The ogre that Ella and Char meet in the royal menagerie, the one that almost gets the gnome toddler; he says something to Char and then Ella in Ogrese but it's not translated in the text. What did he say? (I love your books so much, by the way <3)
