Wright makes slight reference to the possibility that Abrahamic/Christian experience may parallel nirvana. I think it may be way stronger. The salvation experience so common in the west perhaps an equivalent experience. Any thoughts?

I think the core of Christianity, and not the tarnished beliefs of humans that have used as a mode of control, is very close to many Buddhist concepts. The bridging of these two traditions can have wonderful effects in an individual's understanding of reality.(less)
