One of the best ways is to have something else to work on, if you're stuck on the first thing. It's a Goldilocks balancing act though, getting the number of current projects "just right" (and sometimes, for both good and not-so-good reasons, that choice is out of your hands)... But often that's one of the best ways to get "unstuck."
