So, I recently read Words on Fire. (Feb 2025) What happens to Audra and her family after the end of the book? I know that by the end it is 1918, leaving Audra to be 37 years old, but what does Audra do with her family in the end??? pls answer

Hi Caitlyn - Lithuania certainly had its ups and downs following the events in WORDS ON FIRE, but Audra is able to endure and work through the challenges. She will live to see lasting freedom in her country and her children will be part of building an even better future for Lithuania.

Hi Mrs.Nielsen, I'm a huge fan of the Ascendance series, and love all of your work.But my question is, I have a character in my book ,she kind of does what Wilta does in Captive Kingdom and pretends to be on the other side, but against her will and she forced to betray her friends who trusted her and she uses them.But she doesn't exactly have a choice.So would she be a protagonist or an antagonist?Thank you so much!
