Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Patrick John Donahoe The Fellowship of the Ancient Covenant series is a historical and a modern story. The four characters not only are present when major events in history occur [as Forest Gump], but they affect the way history unfolds, by their actions to protect mankind from evil forces. I’ve seen several superhero movies and decided we could have heroes who don’t have to leap tall buildings in a single bound but could be human and vulnerable. My heroes have the advantage of semi-immortality which allows them to develop many skills, such as languages, cultures, history, etc.
