You've visited sooo many historical houses! And, the descriptions of homes in your books are amazing. If any special houses remain on your "to visit" list could you let us know what they might be?

Cheryl Bolen There are so many hundreds of stately homes in the British Isles, I've only scratched the surface. I've always wanted to see Holkham Hall, one of the ten Treasure Houses of England, but the Norfolk location is not accessible by train, the primary mode of transport for the Bolens while in England!

Answering your question what mystery in my life could be a plot for a book? I actually have a few lol. One is my father got up one day when I was 8 and never came back. The authorities drag the river where his jeep was found.... Also when I was 16 dating my husband, a guy broke into my house and stabbed my little sister 5 times in the head & neck. I got in the house first, never solved, they think he was watching me.
