I go somewhere else, and write longhand with a fountain pen in a very nice handmade notebook. Then my writing FEELS quality, even if the words aren't. Plus, handwriting takes up the brainpower usually used for criticizing. And if it's in a notebook, it doesn't really COUNT, which takes the pressure off.
