I am confused about the timeline of one particular aspect of the book... <spoiler>When did Maverick cheat on Lisa with Iesha? The book says Lisa got pregnant in her senior year of high school (with Starr); if that is the case and Seven is two years older than Starr, how would Mav have already been with Lisa in order to have the affair?? Lisa would've been in tenth grade when Seven was born!</spoiler>

It is confusing. The best I can say is that Maverick says he first saw Lisa when she was playing basketball in high school. Yet, from my understanding, Maverick had to be older than Lisa so he obviously wasn't a student when he saw her playing. Somewhere in the book, it is mentioned Maverick is 36. So if Starr is 16 he would have been about 20 when she was born. It is mentioned that Lisa was still in high school when she gave birth to Starr...I think she was 17.(less)
