I just want to say, I am no fan of sci-fi and a lot of books written with diverse characters tend to lean on every stereotype and cliche possible. You've managed to write an exciting sci-fi which not only held my attention, but I am looking forward to the next in the series. I thank you for changing my outlook on this genre. Do you have an idea when the sequel might be underway?

Scott Reintgen Vanessa, thank you so much for the kind words. It means the world to me! The second book is definitely underway! The writing is all done, but publishing is a pretty slow industry. So we're expecting it to release next fall, likely in September again. I know that's a long wait, but I'll promise you this: book two takes everything about book one and turns the volume to 11. It's so much fun! Can't wait for you to get your hands on it, and thanks again for the question.
