I found the Red Sister at my local library on the new fiction shelf and normally I would overlook it because it was a female base character with a male writer. ( I know , bias). I took a chance and absolutely loved it! I have not read any of your other books, however I am wondering if you base your characters on your own children's personalities or see them as your own super hero's? looking forward to the next one.

I don't base my characters on my children, no :)

In my first two trilogies Jorg was inspired by Alex DeLarge from the 1962 classic, A Clockwork Orange, and Jalan by Flashman from the eponymous 1969 book by George McDonald Frasier.

I'm glad none of my children resemble either of them!

Have you ever thought of turning one of your book series into an animated Netflix series à la Star Wars Clone Wars? The visuals and art are so impressive, and I feel it would lend so well to Epic Fantasy stories that it seems like a no brainer.
