Hello Ms. Nielsen, I LOVED "Words on Fire" and "Resistance" they were soooo good! Historical Fiction is my favorite genre, and I'm so happy you wrote those books! If you don't mind me asking, how do you conduct your research for historical fiction books? What's it like writing historical fiction? Any tips on how to write it? Some "Don't-Do's" for writing it? And how to write a well developed short story? Thanks!

My 6th graders were beyond excited to discover that there will be a book 4 to the Ascendance "Trilogy!" We just finished book 3 last week, and they are all trying to figure out how I can read it to them next year when they are in middle school! I have been reading the series ever since it came out, and every year I have had to read all 3 books, once they were all out, of course. Are ARC copies available for book 4?

Anyways, I noticed that most of your series’ are on Spotify as audiobooks, but book 4 and 5 of the Ascendance Series are not out yet. Are you planning on putting them on Spotify as well? If so, when can we expect that?
