Hi Lynda, No I don't have any sort of plan or layout in my head. It's a bad fault of mine but I don't really plan ahead. I only ever meant to write one book - Just One Damned Thing - and in the original version they all died at the end. Fortunately, I was plied with alcohol and persuaded to rewrite. I do have to say that, occasionally, this lack of planning does come back to bite me. But thank you so much for thinking I'm organised enough to have a head canon.

I'm just wondering why on earth you chose the name "Sarah Smith" for the biggest bitch since Bitch-Face Barclay. I don't know how deep or wide your familiarity with Doctor Who is, but Sarah *Jane* Smith is one of the most beloved companions the show ever featured; was the name just coincidence?

Can you please remind who Smallhope and Pennyroyal are. Which books have the appeared in? Clearly I need to go back and reread so I can remind myself who they are!
