It can be a challenge to continue a series that I didn't begin, but I rather enjoy it. I like figuring out where the previous author was trying to go and putting my own spin on the story's direction. Even more fun is setting up the next author for their story, to see if I can challenge them by putting in a fun cliffhanger!

I loved the "Ascendance Trilogy" and have been eagerly waiting to get my hands on an advance copy of "The Mark of a Thief" but Netgalley doesn't show that they have it and I am pre-approved. Do you know if it is offered on Edelweiss? p.s. if Paramount knows a good thing when they see it they will develop "The False Prince" quickly!
