What gave you the idea of becoming a author?

David Estes Hi Chris, thanks so much for the question! Although I had talked about writing a book often (and as we all know, talk is easy, DOING is hard), it was my wife who finally convinced me to start writing. I'm so glad I took her advice! The first few books were rough as I had a lot to learn, but I unlocked a part of myself, my creativity, I never knew existed. Over the last seven years I've written more than 30 books and turned her advice into a major part of my life in the form of a new career. The lesson I learned: if you do something with passion and joy it can't be wrong!
