Julie Klassen Hi Anna, I suggest reading great books--which you are doing already if you're reading Jane Austen. Georgette Heyer is another excellent Regency-era author to read. There are also a lot of great resources to help you get started. Regency websites like https://janeaustensworld.wordpress.com/ and many helpful books like Georgette Heyer's Regency World. But it all comes down to making yourself sit down and WRITE. Join a local writer's group where you can learn, and find a writing-friend to help keep you accountable.
