Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?

Aguidon After some moments of neurotically staring into the flame of an old yellowish candle on a copper candleholder, standing on an oak round table before him, a sinister cloaked figure suddenly looks up, straight into the eyes of a kid, sitting at the opposite side of the table in this otherwise dark and empty stone room with only one door. The child then frowns but keeps looking at the man while it slowly moves one hand below the table towards the knife, attached to the side of its belt, until a hard knock on the door harshly interrupts the apparent serenity.
