I know that the Pelted books are your most popular, but are you write any more from Kherishdar?
M.C.A. Hogarth
I would love to write at least one more book in Kherishdar (finishing the incomplete story of the Exception)! But I have a couple of issues right now. The first (and sadly, the most urgent), is that Kherishdar doesn't sell as well as my other series. I have to prioritize series that pay bills over those I do for smaller audiences.
I'd like to fix that with Patreon; I do have a 'if I meet this goal I can afford to write more niche works' goal that I'm super-close to achieving. So maybe we can take care of that soon.
My other issue is that I like to write Kherishdar "in company," with audience participation. I used to do this via serialization on Livejournal, but even before I stopped blogging, Livejournal was losing a lot of people and the interactivity wasn't where I wanted it to be. Patreon's user comment system is currently abysmal (sorry, Patreon! But it's true), so moving it there isn't ideal. I'm at a loss, then, where to host any new Kherishdar works where they'd get the kind of interaction that made the first three stories so powerful. Suggestions are welcome!
So in short, I guess my answer is: "I hope to, we'll see"? Which admittedly isn't the most satisfying answer, but. -_-
Thank you for asking, though! I'm glad Kherishdar has fans. <3

Your characters all seem to spring already developed onto the page! Have they been living in your head for a long time before they find the light of day? And related to this.. do you think your characters are a little reflection of some part of YOU? (Some, perhaps, not all...)

Just finished Mindtouch and I wish someone had warned me that I would be thoroughly squashed by the feels train. Brilliant stuff, will be reading everything of yours I can get my hands on. Now to my question: I don't like cinnamon - is it a travesty to make nutmeg kerinne?
