What inspired you to write your first novel?

Cynthia Wright Oh, that's a good question. I have always felt that the books I love are over too quickly, and eventually I realized that writing one of my own would keep me engrossed for months. ;-) In those days (the 70's), Kathleen Woodiwiss's books were only published every year or two, and I loved hers so much!
