Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Carl ''Cal'' Tuohey Once a month I wrote an article for our Tae Kwon Do class's newsletter. By the time I received my black belt I had about 45 articles and I did not want them to go to waste. So, I decided to write a book about earning a black belt and then include my articles at the end.
Making the book about earning a black belt at an older age was an idea that I felt put a different twist on it.
