Fortunately, I do not suffer from this very often. When I do, I just write down anything and leave it. Maybe for a couple days, maybe for a couple weeks. Then, I go back and read it. When I do, it is as though someone else has written it and I edit it.

Once a month I wrote an article for our Tae Kwon Do class's newsletter. By the time I received my black belt I had about 45 articles and I did not want them to go to waste. So, I decided to write a book about earning a black belt and then include my articles at the end.
