Lisa, I just finished Before We Were Yours. I loved this book.....five stars for me. But I am confused about when Queenie died and did she give birth to twins and one survived and one didn't? Was Queenie's father the dignified man talked about in the Prelude?

“The Book of Lost Friends” has so much that stays with me as a reader. The school scenes with Benny were so real: The kids with raised hands, “Oh, oh!” and then speaking without permission. Aunt Sarge telling Benny that the good teachers always leave. Lisa, your mom Sharon was my colleague in OK years ago. Are those school examples from your own experience, or maybe from your mom?

I just finished A Thousand Voices, the 5th book of the Tending Roses series. I have loved this entire series, and I'm not ready to let Dell Jordan just ride off into the sunset! Is there any chance you might write a sequel to her story? Will she go to Julliard? Will she return to spend time with her father and the new families she met in Oklahoma? Is there a future for her and Jace, Autumn and Willie?
