I am new to Jo Nesbo's books. Where should I begin? Should I read the first book in his series or should I read one of his stand alone's? Any help would be much appreciated!

My suggestion is to read them in order if you are interested in following the development of Harry Hole the character. This is because as Nesbo matures as a writer, his character will naturally follow suit in order.

If you are going to read just one as a stand alone to see if you like the author, I do suggest reading book #4 (Nemesis). It is my favorite thus far. (less)
