Just finished Book 3. Would somebody please tell me who they referred to at the end when Maggie told Bertie about their baby? How am I supposed to know who that Deverill baby was? I have thought and thought and can't figure that out. So I am left hanging.

He was both a Deverill and an O'Leary and, thus, it explains why Maggie said it was "Our" blood (referring to both the Deverills & the O'Leary's blood) flowed through Alana. I don't remember if the lineage of the O'Learys was outlined in the prior two books but I presume it was through this Liam that the current O'Learys descended. Would be interested if anyone else thinks differently.(less)
