Terry Lynn Johnson Thank you, Susan! I'm so glad to hear you liked Ice Dogs! I love dogsledding too - it's something I got involved in 20 years ago and it still holds my heart. Some of my own dogs' personalities made their way into the characters in Ice Dogs. Bean turned out to be a lot like my own lead dog, Apollo.

I do have a few more books about to come out to choose from. Falcon Wild will release on Tuesday Sept. 19! It's a another survival adventure like Ice Dogs, but with Falconry. If you're looking for more dogsledding, I have Sled Dog School coming out on Oct.3. It's a bit younger than Ice Dogs. Hope you enjoy!

Out of left-field question: Is it possible to get a copy of "Rescue at Lake Wild" with Madi wearing her green shirt? My daughter was disappointed when she received the book and her shirt had been edited to pink. (She's very much an "adventure" girl, but not in the girls-always-wear-pink mold!)

I am a dog sledder and have two sled dogs of my own I go to a kennel called Luna Lobos in Utah where they taught me to dog sled. I was wondering how you discipline your dogs because it is harder for me because I don't have a kennel to keep them so they have to be trained to be house dogs and sled dogs and I am training my puppy and it is hard. So I was wondering if you have any house/ sled dogs and how you train them?
