Write. Treat writing and storytelling as a craft and study it. Creating anything is scary, and even if you do it for years, you'll always feel like you're having to push yourself. Be honest about your strengths and weaknesses every step of the way. Don't fall into the trap of thinking you have to write fast or write heaps - you don't. Likewise, don't fall into the trap of thinking you're writing when you're actually not.
