More seriously, when I am writing and can't figure out what to do about a problem, I'll go sit outside and enjoy nature. I live in the city, but there's a few chipmunks and a wild rabbit that live in the area and can occasionally be found in our yard, especially if the birds are dropping birdseed from the feeder, and watching them for awhile sometimes helps me unwind enough that I can approach the problem from another angle.
