Lou Hoffmann So many things to love about being a writer! Number one favorite is hearing from readers, especially when they tell me my book made a difference for them—even if only by making their day a very good one. But a close second? The joy of crafting words into stories, something that's never quite finished because every reader makes it brand new again. And (not far behind) third favorite: research! Oh, it's just plain fun to explore the world in order to make one up. :)
