I did mention once in one of the books that a vampire met the woman who would have been his lifemate. It was very sad. There was nothing either of them could do at that point.

Thanks for answering that question about the models on the book covers. I’ve always wondered if the artists the publishers hire ever read the book before developing the cover. It’s the same with the trailers, there are always differences between the book and the trailer scenes. Do you have any input on those?
