How do you deal with writer’s block?

H. Elizabeth Austin Writer's block is definitely a challenge sometimes because I am not a full time author. If I'm struggling with a part of the story I do a couple different things. Sometimes I change up background noise (turn on or turn off something--usually music). Other times I jump to a different part of the story. My favorite is to find a different space to write. At times I actually do all three.
