I am reading the warded man and I'm loving it. I saw interviews on YouTube stating after the 5th book you may write another book in the same world. Do you ever plan on writing another series in an entirely different world???

Hi Peter, My question is less for just Peter V. Brett and more for authors in general but I think you are still qualified to answer. The norm for fantasy novels has long been hefty series of thick books and aggravating wait periods between releases. Why don't more authors write shorter works and have more releases akin to a television series? Still being able to tell the same story just in more 'chunks'.

Hi Pete, I was at the point in HQ when Rojvah and Arik visit the Shrine of Halfgrip, as I went to the Konzert of TOOL in Vienna. When I heard and felt their music, I realized that Rojer didn't do some medival fiiddeling to demons. In my mind, he played something like Tool's progressive metal, where so much energy and emotion is present that it almost is liquid music. What will the music be like in tv or film? KR Peter
