Although Wes Anderson did in a sense beat you to the punch, I would certainly hope that A Gentleman in Moscow could become a film or a series on cable. Have you had any nibbles? It is a superb story, written superbly.

I'm not sure that Wes Anderson's movie and A GENTLEMAN really have that much in common. But A GENTLEMAN is being made into a mini series with Kenneth Branagh as the Count.
