We have a book club and we are located in northern MN. I have chosen your book for our October discussion-- the choice was triggered by a review I saw on Face Book. No telling which way the discussion will go, though fictional most of our books have dealt with racism, mental illness, disability, war, poverty and tragedy. Any other discussion suggestions besides the end of the book list? Thanks

I received your email and responded late last night. Thanks so much for choosing my book for your book club!
I think an important thread to discuss from my book would be how far do we go for our friends? How much of our lives to we keep from friends?
We all want to "be there" for our friends, but are we?
Why or why not? What makes us throw up our hands and walk away?
I am hoping to "join in" with your club when you discuss The To-Hell-And-Back Club, either in person or via Skype.
