Don't. Give. Up. I finished my first novel, Spark, in 2010. After querying 100 agents, 24 presses and pitching at a few writer's conferences I was finally offered a contract--last week! This 5 year journey has been tough. But I'm glad I didn't give up. There really was a light at the end of the tunnel. Keep writing. You will only get better and have even more to offer.
