Hi, I'm currently reading The Lies of Locke Lamora and enjoying it. Just to checheck because I have a weak to no appetite for this: how explicit are books 2, 3 and 4 of the series with respect to sexual issues? No offence intended-I just want to make an informed descision about whether or not to carry on. Thanks!

Lynch does a good job of creati…moreI've only read the first two. While Red Seas does have some love scenes, there is hardly anything explicit about them. Lynch does a good job of creating passion between characters without going into graphic details *cough* George RR Martin *cough*. From what I can remember, there aren't any rape scenes or anything like that either. I can't speak for the third book, but I think you'll be safe going forward with Red Seas. Red Seas was almost just as good as Lies, so I'd recommend continuing with the series.(less)
