Nope. What Nyx told Aphrodite is what she is destined to be in this world. So, she will be a full vampyre prophetess until her Mark disappears. Then she will be human and live a full and happy life.

I am more or less asking for more in depth back stories for like the twins, Aphrodite, we know her parents are horrible but what was it really like for her u til the house of night, and Stark again we have a touch to his story, I guess more what it was like for them before being marked and put in the HoN together?
