Janet M asked this question about Misery:
"Misery" was my first SK book. Can someone please recommend another Stephen King book which, like Misery, does not contain supernatural elements? (aready read only one other SK, "Dolores Claibourne", a disappointment after the movie). Thanks!
The Angry Lawn Gnome Gerald's Game and Cujo have no supernatural elements in them, though I'm honestly not a huge fan of Gerald's Game. Thought it was just okay.

Writing as Richard Bachman, none of the early Bachman books (The Running Man, The Long Walk, Rage and Road Work) do, though Thinner did.

Technically Firestarter, Under the Dome and The Tommyknockers have nothing supernatural about them, but they're science fiction where the science might as well be fantasy, in an Arthur C. Clarke sense.(less)
