Hi Ausma, I was fascinated by your descriptions of the natural and cultural treasures of Iran in 'Among the Ruins', and I was very impressed by your skill in integrating so many dramatic layers in the novel. I haven't yet set any novels in Algeria, though the country and its history fascinate me. You are the voice for those who cannot speak, the eyes of those who can no longer see and the heart that can no longer beat for itself. Yours is a major work and a gift. Question: have you found evidence that any of the major Muslim Countries came to the aid of Bosnia?
