This book has gotten many bad reviews and it made me lenient to pick it up. Is it anything like the musical? Or will I be disappointed?

You can read the other reviews; it's pretty sexist, and Jeremy's sole purpose is to get some. (When he doesn't, he watches porn with Michael.) I'd say read it if you like, but don't read it if you're under 15-16 because it's pretty explicit so far.(less)
