Did anyone else find the ending disappointing? What happened? How in the world are they going to get out of the country with that baby? How will they evade investigation? Unanswered in the book. Are we supposed to furnish our own ending? Unsatisfied!!!

It felt definitely rushed and disjointed I started it when it first came out, got bogged down and returned it to Amazon, blasphemy I know.

Lehane is a fine writer, one of our best. I shall continue to read his books right off the press(less)
