Hey, I am trying to find good series or books for a young adult that doesn't have any sex in them. I didn't think your Aurora Teagarden series had anything heavy in it, but it has been a while since I read them. Can you please confirm for me? Also, any other "clean" authors or books you might recommend?

This is not any explicit sex in the Aurora books, but I find the definition of "heavy" can be very subjective. There are SO many good young adult series available now that your reader can find plenty of entertainment. The Hunger Games books, the Harry Potter books . . . Jonathan Maberry has an excellent young adult series with some heavy themes . . . Rick Yancey's THE FIFTH WAVE . . . so many.

Hi Charlaine....how are your rescue dogs doing? My husband and I found a momma cat who gave birth to four kittens on our lanai...we were going to put them up for adoption, but...well...we added them to our household of two cats and one (long-suffering) Cairn Terrier. I've utterly enjoyed your books from the very first one...and continue to anticipate what you have coming up! Are you planning any new series?
