What was the inspiration behind your choice to go from regular mystery's like Aurora Teagarden, to supernatural ones like Sookie Stackhouse?

Charlaine Harris I don't like to write the same thing all the time. I like to switch back and forth because it keeps me alert. I have a very low boredom threshold. I've written two new Auroras in the past year, and now I'm writing a science fiction novel about an alternate-history America.
