Goodreads asked Robin Christophersen:

How do you get inspired to write?

Robin Christophersen My journey as an author began in June of 2009. I was performing in Actor's Theater production of The Three Musketeers, playing the infamous role of Milady. While I was waiting backstage during a rehearsal, an idea suddenly popped into my head for a story. I was not a writer nor had I ever considered writing a book, but I went home that night and wrote down my thoughts for a three book series before shoving it away in the drawer of my nightstand.

A year passed, and one day when I was rummaging through the nightstand in search of a pen, I took notice of a notebook. When I opened it I came to the page where I had made my notes about the three book series. For a reason to this day I cannot explain, something clicked inside of me, and I knew I wanted to tell this story.

October of 2010, after returning from a vacation in Northern California, I had begun to envision the story that would eventually result in my first novel, The Passer
