I'm working very slowly right now, because my husband is very ill. When I can snatch some time to write, though, I'm working on a new Deverry novel, set some 200 years after the previous series ends. There will be mostly new human characters, but a few of the elven characters are still around. The working title is A TALENT FOR MAGIC, but that may well change.

Hi, it's wonderful you're taking questions here. Would the Late Bronze Age collapse (i.e.: prior to any of your books so far) be something you might play with? On the sci-fi end of things, if that universe someday developed strong AI and self-aware machines, would it be construed as a new race or one an existing race could incarnate into? (Not being able to answer because of potential spoilers is legitimate.)
