Hi John! I just need to let you know how much I love the faithful and the fallen series. I'm currently half way through valour and I can't stop reading it. Silly question really but how do you think of all these place names and character names? Are they based off of real places or people? They all work so well!

I would like to apologize to you in advance.....between Malice and Shadow of what was Lost I did a coin toss to see which I should read....the latter won....now seeing the amount of people who are reading (and enjoying immensely) The Faithful and the Fallen and the high ratings and great reviews I regret this choice somewhat.....do you accept my apology?
