I really love all of Mariana's books....the slow burn always ends up totally worth it. Do we think we'll ever get a bit more of an epilogue? That was the only thing I was truly missing. If the author reads this, I couldn't put this down and didn't go to bed until 3am..... :-)

It's mentioned that they eloped within 6 months of Ruby introducing Aaron to her family. They lived in Washington for 4 years while Aaron served in the military and finished his college. Then they moved to Houston to live close to Ruby's family after Aaron got out of service. They had a dog (technically Aaron's so presumably it's Ares) who has since died and 2 kids - a 3 year old and a baby. Aaron works with veterans. Ruby was around 31 at this time and Aaron still kisses her on the temple because he's sweet that way :)(less)
